Happy New Year Eve A2Z Fans!
I hope each of you are enjoying the last day of 2013!
For this last day in 2013 I'm sharing a fun retro LO using the
A2Z Scraplets word Dining Out.
I painted the word using distress crackle paint and then added some shimmer paint
over the crackle so the crackling would stand out and add a little shimmer!
I have a close up below.
The arrows I painted and for texture I used the sand medium modeling paste.
For the stencilet I used the speech bubble stencilet form A2Z!
This is a new item so no picture yet in the A2Z store, coming soon!
You will love this new stencilet that the dt team have been sharing these past few weeks.
Lots of different designs on one stencilet!!
I also use the 2 starburst design from A2Z chipboard that I painted in turquoise.
I then added a sequin and bead to the center. Such a fun shape and so
versatile to use on various projects!
A close up!
Here's the link and the unfinished Dining out word!
Thank you for visiting the A2Z blog today!
A2Z Scraplets wishes you all a very safe and blessed New Year in 2014!!

Christmas LO uisng some Chipboard Flowers.
Happy Thursday A2Z Fans!
I created a Christmas LO using the Shape flowers set of 3 and the
Li'l Range flowers set of 8. If you don't have any A2Z Christmas chipboard you can always
create a Christmas LO using the flowers!
For the large flower I used the small shape set of 3 and added gel bead medium for texture.
Once dry I used some burgundy paint. For the smaller flower the Li'l range set of 4
I painted and added a wood snowflake with a sticker.
For some sparkle I used CIP paint which for the leaves.
I love how the flowers match the LO and the colors are so festive for the Holidays!
You can find these under shapes flower3 set of 4.
Leaves small set of 3.
Li'l range of shapes flower2 set of 8.
Have you created a Christmas project using non-Holiday chipboard?
We would love to see it, share it on our facebook page!
Don't forget you still have almost 2 weeks left for our color board challenge!
We will add your name to the drawing for a chance to win some amazing A2Z chipboard!
Thanks for visiting the blog today!
Have a blessed day!

hi everyone...bel here today to share a layout with you.
getting into the festive season with some scrapping of older christmas photos.
this photo was taken from my iphone so its not the best quality but i still love it.
we were moving due to my husband being posted for his work and we didnt want to be in a hotel on christmas day so we were lucky enough to be able to have christmas day with my husbands dad and step mum.
ok so onto my page
i have used the christmas ornaments
christmas decoration 7
i inked them and then sprayed them with angel mist pearl to get that shimmery effect. then backed them with coordinating paper to give them some depth.
so i hope you are getting some scrappy time before christmas and that you havent left your shopping until the last minute...have a great day.

My take on the Mood Board
Hi I am here today to show you my take on the Mood Board Challenge set by Amy.
Here is my layout:
My inspiration was the rainbow and colours.
As you can see I used the added twist of using 'drops' to the hilt. The A2Z Scraplets I used are the butterflies. They come in a set of 6. I have used 2 on this layout. After gessoing them I used Gelatos on them and sprayed loads of water to get a watercolour effect. The rainbow was made from Gelatos too.
I have used loads of sequins too.
Here is the Mood Board:
Remember to add the added twist of 'drops' and have it uploaded by the 31st of December.
Thank for looking
Belinda :)

New releases part 2
I am back with the rest of my November new releases...
You can find them all here.
This first layout, a double, is of me. I loved these day words. So took a pic of myself every day for a week. I wrote around the edge of the page what happened that week.
Another word circle.....
Happiness starts here title. I just gessoed it onto the page.
These hearts are soo cute. I embossed them and loved the way they turned out....
This was one big title. Love makes the world go around. I cut the love off it and used the rest....
And here is the love title...all wrapped up in string..
Here is one of the new keys.....
and used the rest to make a couple of cards.....
Thanks for stopping by and reading

New Releases part 1 - Kerry
Hi, its Kerry here today to share with you some of my new releases. I had a ball with these!! Have you already got your favourites picked out? You can find all the new releases here.
I loved these round words. Simply paint to your colour and you have an easy title that stands out and blends in your page.
Here is another one. I twirled some twine around it this time to create interest.
This time i stuck some paper behind it.....
I loved these fences. I got two layouts from the one pack, added some crackle paint and extra paint.....
This fence i painted yellow and gave it a weathered look with some white paint....
This gorgeous fairy, i knew exactly what layout this was going on as soon i saw it....
Insta good time, i loved this as well. Kind of a different layout for me but loved the way it turned out...
I will be back with some more new releases tomorrow.

December Mood board Challenge tutorial by Petra
Have you started creating beased on the December Mood Board yet?
If not go ahead and let us see what happy pages you come up with.
I made my inspiration page in a few steps:
First I added wallpaper dry tape onto the background and some lace on the top edge. Then I marked tha place of the photo and added lots of different decorations and two scraplets around the place of the photo.
Then I sprayed the entire page with spray gesso. It looked like a whipped cream cake LOL.
Finally I started adding mists in all the colors of the rainbow.
I wasn't really happy with the pale look so I dug out some stronger mists and went a second time and this is the ready page:
Scraplets used:
Doodlet 25:
Stunning word:
And here is the mood board again.
