HI everyone, hope you are all well.

Today I have another Summery creation to share.

A layout of my son boogie boarding whilst on holidays a few years ago.

 My title piece, 'Happy days'

has been painted with some Shimmerz Dazzlerz paint

and just applied quite roughly for added texture.

 Another new A2Z piece is this cute little wood veneer with

the engraved saying. The set it is from is: Awesome oval veneers

  And finally this beautiful black ebony flourish, celtic 3

Already coloured for your convenience!

Fantastic Day - You are my reason to smile

Hello Scrappers!

I hope you are well and finding time to get creative!

I have a layout to share with you today featuring not 1 but 2 gorgeous pieces of A2Z Scraplets chipboard! And I have a bit of a tutorial on how I decorated the chipboard! Here is the layout...

I added heaps of texture to the chipboard using embossing powder! Frosted Crystal Embossing Powder by Ranger is great for adding texture without bulk to your chipboard pieces. I started off by inking up my piece with a Versamark pad...

Then I covered the chipboard with the embossing powder...

I then heated it with my heat tool...

Once cool I spritzed all over with a Dylusions spray! I am very happy with how the pieces turned out and how the chipboard brings texture to an otherwise flat page!

Childhood moments

Hi Heidi here today sharing with you my page using the title

I also used our new stencil

I used texture paste with the stencil then put mica powder on with glossy accents

 and sead beads with clear glue..

 

                                 On the chipboard I used gesso and a bit of distress ink

                                 and on the title the same and blended the colour to give it that affect...

 

A2Z Scraplets MARCH Challenge

Hi there, A2Zers! Today I'm sharing my inspiration for the March and April Challenges at A2Z Scraplets Papercraft Challenges.

 This is a large btp to hang on the wall above my bed. The Sweet Dreams Scraplet was coloured with white ink and Dimensional Magic, and the cloud was covered with white flocking.

I used the A2Z Scraplets Bubbles Stencil with Mont Marte Dimension Paint.
The A2Z Scraplets Everyday scraplet was coloured blue, coated with Dimensional Magic and outlined with a white gel pen

Class Mates

Hi

Caz here with you today to share some design team inspiration.

A simple page of some excited kiddies leaving primary school heading off to high school.

 I simply painted the A2z scraplets title with a bright red Kaisercraft paint

 Just a few simple bits of embellishing the page to add to the twins school albums. Just a touch of lime paint to the project life themed chippie and a white gel pen to highlight the text.

 Products used were:

Kaisercraft paint

Like Mother Like Daughter

School holidays have finished here so I have a bit more time back to myself. Yayyy

Here is my title, memories are forever and this has simply

been heat embossed with some colour blast embossing powder.

 Today this is a page from our recent cruise to the South Pacific

 I have used a Kaisercraft template with sponged ink over the top

Hello Scrappers!

Hoping you are doing well and finding time to be creative!

I am back today to share a layout with you featuring a gorgeous chipboard word FEARLESS! I am so happy with how the page turned out and how easy it was to customise the chipboard to suit the grungy style of the page! Here is a look at the page...

To customise the chipboard I first painted it black and then rubbed some Metallic Lustre in Silver onto the piece making sure the black was still visible. I then outlined each letter with a white gel pen. Here is a close-up of the piece...

I only used 2 I used gesso first then added white crackle paint to them to give a shabby chic look.
The papers I used were from a prima 6x6 pad..The background paper is a piece of Theresa Collins...

 

 

Adventure Awaits!

Hi there, A2Zers! Over the Easter long weekend we at A2Z Scraplets hosted a cyber crop challenge on our facebook group here, and today I'm sharing one of the layouts I created for it.

This is the sketch we worked from...

And here is my layout inspired by the sketch.

I've used the Time Machine collection by Kaisercraft with lots of border punches, staples and distressing. The Texture Circles Scraplet was decorated with Stampendous Shabby Green Embossing Enamel.

Hello Everybody!!

Well here we are, Lauren and Teddy up on the blog today with a couple of cards to give you inspiration and ideas!!!   What a fantastic challenge weekend we had over Easter with our lovely Karyn Watton.  Watch out, I am sure there will be more coming along for you all!!

So now to the cards, you say! Yes yes here they are :)

 

First card has a stamped base (using My Mind's Eye - The Sweetest Thing stamp set).  Chipboard is
A2Z Scraplets Chicken Wire (I thought it was Hexagons, silly me) painted with Ranger Distress Paint - Victorian Velvet and A2Z Scraplets Doily 2 Small Shape, embossed with
Stampendous Embossing Powder Shabby Pink.  Decorated with lace, ribbon and a handmade flower arrangement from my stash.

And onto our second card for today!!!   This card is made with the Kraft Plus Challenge in mind.  Yes a Kraft base (I saved this piece from packaging and have been itching to use it.!!

 

 

 

 

I have spritzed the base with Dylusions Ink Spray in white.  Added some Grossgrain polkadot ribbon in four strips and a ruffled piece up the middle for something different and in keeping with the colour scheme.  Kaisercraft Die - Lacey Doily and Memory Box Die - MB Botanical Stem.  The A2Z Scraplets Birthday Set 1 Ebony and the Kylie's Triangle Texture Ebony Shape have been left as they come in that beautiful black.  Decorated with Sugar Beads and a flower arrangement.
