"2017" A scrapbook layout by Louise

Hi Crafters

Today's share is a layout I've titled "2017"

is such a lovely chipboard piece but I didn't want to use it!

Eventually I decided to use it with this photo of DH and I.

I've treated it with a coat of gesso, followed by colouring with Distress Crayons.
Lastly, to seal the colour I've added a coat of Colour Blast "Snow White" to give it a little pop of sparkle.

I've cut the chippie diagonally and used it in two areas of the page.
Paper and collectables from Kaisercraft and featuring in a kit from

Your time to shine by Judith Armstrong

Good morning and welcome to my last share for the month. This is a layout about my daughter and her valedictory dinner, last year.

I decided to create a very blingly shiny layout to complement the title. I used the A2Z Scraplets Your time to shine title which was released last month. I inked it with a silver ink.

Thanks for looking.

Time Together

Well hello......

Today I'm sharing a layout I have done using the gorgeous
Dotty Heart Shape chipboard and the Time Together chipboard piece.

The Dotty Shaped Chipboard piece has been covered with ripped pieces Tim Holtz tissue
paper glues randomly to the chipboard. Once dry I have poked out the holes and tidied
them up with the scissors. The heart was then sprayed lightly with some pink mist and
left to dry.  Through two of the holes I have threaded ribbon and made a bow.

The Time Together title has roughly been painted with pink paint using a dabber. I've done
a few light coats but have let some of the chipboard show through.

Thanks for stopping by the blog. Have a great week xx

My Son My Masterpiece ~

Hello Mary here today, the months are sure flying by! Today I would like to share a layout using the Hearts on a Scribble Frame chipboard piece from A2Z Scraplets

To treat the chipboard I covered in gesso and then I added little hearts on the big hearts with Texture Paste and a stencil. I covered the chipboard with "Bling" Colour Paste, painted on some gold glitter gel here and there and then covered with Crackle medium on the hearts . When the chipboard had dried I traced around the little hearts with a black sharpie.

This is my eldest son who is now 38 turning 39 in Dec ! makes me feel old.
Thank you for calling by , don't forget to join in our challenge to be in the running to win some fabulous chipboard. Our challenge which is "Wide Open Spaces "can be found here on facebook. We look forward to seeing lots of entries.
Happy Creating
Mary x

It's all about the hair by Judith Armstrong

Hi and welcome to the weekend. It's a very busy one for me as we have our local photographic exhibition on at the Bacchus Marsh Strawberries and Cherry Festival.
Today I'm sharing a girly layout about my daughter and her hair.

As soon as I saw this title I knew I had to get it as my daughter has extremely long hair. This is her hair 7 years ago, it is now nealy down to her knees. I used the A2Z Scraplets It's all about the hair title . I inked it with some Distress Ink.

Also used a few of the chevron pieces that came out of the middle of the arrows in the  A2Z Scraplets Arrow Set 20 Shape. I also inked them with Distress Ink.

Thanks for looking

I can do this

Hi everyone
So at the beginning of this year I started on trying
to get myself fitter.
This layout is a page inspired to keep myself on track
You can have custom made chipboard pieces, just contact Deb, the owner of A2Z Scraplets.
(which is why I chose this piece- I can do this, perfect for inspiration)
I also used some of the little stars
So scrap yourself and show what you are focussing on right now.
