Ive also used underneath my picture oval frames the big one on my page..

I coloured them with white gesso then distress ink ...

Sweet smiles and butterflies by Anne

Hello, it's Anne (AKA Gorge Iss) here

with a layout I made for this months challenge which you can find 

on the A2Z Scraplets Papercraft challenge facebook page here.

For this layout I have used A2Z Scraplet Butterfly and Flourish corner and Sweet Smiles word.

I made this layout by first making the die cut flowers which I painted with watercolor paint on Bristol card, then die cut.

I then prepared my A2Z Scraplets Sweet Smiles word and Butterfly and flourish corner by painting them in acrylic paint then coating with Dimensional Magic.

My cardstock had a splattering of ink and I colored gauze with an ink spray. 

I then arranged the A2Z Scraplets, colored gauze and die cut flowers around the matted photo.

Birthday month has arrived for our family.

We celebrate 4 days in August.

so lots of cake to be had..

But we have a challenge also over on facebook....

Create your project using the colour board picture for your inspiration. There is no product criteria for your project, you can use chipboard if you have it (can be any brand, but no names please except for A2Z).

"Memory" Scrapbook layout by Louise for August Challenge

Did you know that over in the Facebook group we have a monthly challenge.

Here is my inspiration page ...

"Memory"

I just love the colours of this months moodboard and those butterflies = sigh!

I had a grid pattern in mind, so I gathered some project life cards, some 3x4 photos and a couple of chipboard pieces.

The Camera Squares are one of my fav chipboards - I love how it looks poking out of this cluster.

I've also used the Circle Set and some sweet Butterflies.

For the border, I've added some stripes with Distress Crayons and smudged them.
It needed a little something extra, so I also added some texture stamping.
