"Proud Much" interactive scrapbook layout by Louise

Hi Crafters

Here to share a new scrapbook layout
"Proud Much"

I was lucky enough to head along to the Brisbane Scrapbook expo in June.
I took a class with Jenny Heaslip Scrapbooker
Jenny makes the most wonderful interactive pages.
I decided to go ahead and make one for this layout.

The front page folds back and reveals the journalling and a second photo.

I couldn't resist the Proud Much?!!!! Chipboard

At the Scrapbook expo I also picked up some of the new Colour Blast embossing powders, this one "Sparkling Sands" is just exactly like the name.

Other elements on this page are from the Kaisercraft Stargazer collection.

Thanks for visiting.
Happy Scrapping.

Best Friends

Hey guys, Tanya here to share my inspiration layout for this months challenge.

The mood board colours this month are red, black blue and yellow. I have chosen
to just use the red and black as it suits the colours in my photo.
The mood board had butterflies on it too. I chose not to add these to my layout because
there was certainly no way I felt delicate and free like a butterfly when I was running
the 21km Gold Coast half marathon.  I felt the complete opposite....hehehehe

The title best friends has been embossing with grey colour blast embossing powder.
This was after I painted the best with paint and friends with a crackle paint which failed big time. Embossing powder is a wonderful tool for covering up errors and failures.

The Scribbly Circle frame comes as a set of 5 pieces and that has been painted
with black Kaisercraft paint.

Hope you can join our challenge this month.

Playground by Brenda Caldow

Hello, Brenda here with you today to share my latest page using two of the great A2Z chippies. One my title and the other this great playground.
My page was created for this months challenge which you can find over at A2Z Scraplets Facebook page. I just love the colors of this one and the butterfly's as well.

The photo is of my girlfriends daughter McKenzie.

For both the playground title and the playground itself I simply used my paint pens. Neither were that small or intricate that I couldn't have hand painted them I just found it quicker and being lazy I didn't have to clean up between colors I could just pop the lids back on.

Like I said I love this challenge. You can use all the colours like I have or just some. You can choose to use butterflies or not to. What ever you choose I will look forward to seeing it so don't forget to put it on the A2Z Scraplets challenge page Facebook and you never know you could be this month winner. Now how awesome would that be.

Amazing

Hello! Today I am sharing my take on the August moodboard.

The photo - taken during the Santos Tour Down Under in January - was compliments of the BMC Facebook page.

Here is another look at the moodboard.

I have used the royal blue, white and red from the moodboard and instead of a normal yellow I have opted for metallic gold.

A close up of the colours - carmen and rich cobalt Silks acrylic glaze, Suede glimmer mist, Ancient Coin Art Alchemy metalliques (used on the chipboard)

The chicken wire chipboard was in a 6 x 6 piece which I cut up and tucked under my photo.

Found in SHAPES - Texture/Decorative

The amazing word I have left raw.

Found in WORDS - wordlets.

Thanks for looking. Cheers!
