LOVE THIS GIRL

Hello fellow scrappers , Mary here today to share my layout using "This Girl" Chipboard piece from A 2 Z Scraplets.

To start with I embossed the chipboard with a red embossing powder , however it was not the bright red I was hoping for. So there is always a way to fix things. I then just painted over the chipboard with Kaisercraft red paint and then painted over this with Dimensional Magic to give a gloss.

This Chipboard was perfect for my title, makes life very easy. For many more fab chipboard words and shapes head over to the store  . The girls have so much inspiration here on the blog for you.

Looking Good - Karen McLaughlin

Happy Easter basket by Judith Armstrong

Good morning and welcome to the weekend. It's nearly time for the Easter bunny to arrive so I thought I'd share an Easter project today and show that you don't just have to use A2Z Scraplet chipboard on your layouts. They are also great on those Off the Page Projects.

I started off with a small wooden crate bought at a local department store. I painted it pink and added some grass, cut from green paper and a few Easter stickers. 

To cap it off I used the new April release A2Z Scraplet Happy Easter 1 word.  I painted this the same pink as the crate and then smeared Bo Bunny Bubble Gum glitter paste over the top.

For something a little different I have weaved some metal wire in and out of the circles so as to add texture to my layout plus some metallic paints to add a rustic look.

Cruise

HI everyone

Today I have another holiday share, from a cruise in 2016.

Hence the title piece, Cruise

 And I have also used the Squiggle shape (painted with dylusions paint)

and cut a small section off the 2nd piece to include it at the bottom of the page.
