You, you, you!

Hello Scrappers!

I am back today to share a layout made with some gorgeous A2Z Scraplets chipboard!

Sometimes when scrapping I find l only have a limited amount of time to get a layout finished but I still want it to have maximum impact! I created this layout in a very short time and decorated the chipboard very quickly by simply colouring it with a couple of Sharpies! Here is a look at the layout...

Here is a close up of the title...

I hope that you are inspired to try creating a layout in a short amount of time and to get some chippies on your page! You can find this and thousands of other pieces HERE on the website!

Happy scrapping!

Stencil Fun!!!

Hello Scrappers

Super excited to share some cards with you today! When I received my A2Z Scraplets kit and saw the stencils I immediately knew I wanted to make some cards!

I have 2 cards to share with you today featuring 2 different stencils. For the first card I used the Random Rectangle Stencil with some texture paste. Once the texture paste was dry I scribbled some gelatos over the top and using a wet brush spread the colour around! Here is a look at the card...

For the next card I used the Raindrops Stencil which I just love!!!! It is a really versatile stencil! here is a look at the card....

If you are anything like me and love stencils you must check them out! You can find them here!

Happy scrapping!

Fantastic Day - You are my reason to smile

Hello Scrappers!

I hope you are well and finding time to get creative!

I have a layout to share with you today featuring not 1 but 2 gorgeous pieces of A2Z Scraplets chipboard! And I have a bit of a tutorial on how I decorated the chipboard! Here is the layout...

I added heaps of texture to the chipboard using embossing powder! Frosted Crystal Embossing Powder by Ranger is great for adding texture without bulk to your chipboard pieces. I started off by inking up my piece with a Versamark pad...

Then I covered the chipboard with the embossing powder...

I then heated it with my heat tool...

Once cool I spritzed all over with a Dylusions spray! I am very happy with how the pieces turned out and how the chipboard brings texture to an otherwise flat page!

And here are some close ups of the chipboard...

I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial and are inspired to get creative using A2Z's gorgeous chipboard! You can find the Fantastic Day piece HERE on the website!

Be Fearless

Hello Scrappers!

Hoping you are doing well and finding time to be creative!

I am back today to share a layout with you featuring a gorgeous chipboard word FEARLESS! I am so happy with how the page turned out and how easy it was to customise the chipboard to suit the grungy style of the page! Here is a look at the page...

To customise the chipboard I first painted it black and then rubbed some Metallic Lustre in Silver onto the piece making sure the black was still visible. I then outlined each letter with a white gel pen. Here is a close-up of the piece...

I hope my project has inspired you to get creative and to check out the 1000s of chipboard pieces by A2Z Scraplets! If you like this particular piece you can find it on the website HERE.

Happy scrapping!

Everyday Happy

Hello Scrappers!

Hoping you are all finding some time to get creative! I am back today to share a layout that I created using some fab chipboard from A2Z Scraplets! I had made the background for this layout months ago and wasn't sure what I was going to do with it but when I spied the Circle Texture Piece and the Everyday Happy words I suddenly knew what to do! Anyway here is the layout!

Everyday Happy describes these selfies that my son took of himself with my phone! None of the photos are great but they are still worth sharing the story of! I used the Circle Texture Piece to anchor and contain my journaling - super happy with how that turned out! I decorated the chipboard piece very simply with some black paint.  Here is a close up of the detail...

Here is a close up of the words...

All of this fabulous chipboard is available in store NOW! Why not check out the A2Z Scraplets website? There is so much to choose from you are sure to find what you are looking for!

Happy scrapping!

Unique!

Hello Scrappers!

I am super excited to be here today sharing my first project for A2Z Scraplets! I am loving all of the designs that are available and the pricing is so so good! I can see that I am going to have a great time adding to my slash lol!

Anyway the reason I am here today is to share with you a layout using some gorgeous A2Z  chipboard. I am so happy with how it turned out and how the chipboard ties all of elements together. Here is the layout...

I really wanted to add a lot of texture to match the grungy feel of the layout. I ran the Unique word through my Big Shot in an embossing folder with both platform tabs open. I then painted the piece black and when that was dry I covered the piece with Distress Crackle Paint. Once that was dry I highlighted the piece with a little white gel pen and some Inca Gold in Copper. Here is a close-up of the detail...

I also added 2 little pieces of barbed wire to the layout. I painted these with black paint and then added a little Inca Gold in Copper to make them look rusty. Here is a close-up of the wire...

You can find the barbed wire in store HERE. The Unique will be available next month!

I hope that you have enjoyed looking at my layout and are inspired to get creating today! Make sure you have a look at the shop and check out all of the chipboard available for purchase - you are sure to find something to suit your needs :-)

Happy scrapping!
