Gorgeous Girls

Hi everyone. Kerry here to share with you some A2Z Scraplets I have used on my layouts.

How gorgeous are my 2 girls. So happy and carefree and are the best of friends.

I used the scraplet raw here as I think it stands out on it own just the way it is. You can find scrolls in the shop here.

One of the rare photos of all our kids together. A few years ago now and in need for more photos.
This was my challenge layout for this month as my family is my world.

Thanks for stopping by and reading

So im in the Christmas spirit today and going to share a few Christmas layouts with you.

Grow and bloom

Hi fellow crafters,

Caz here with you today sharing a girly page of my daughter back some 5 years ago. Wow they grow so fast. That is why what we do documenting our lives is so important in the blink of a eye our children are all grown up and if we don't document it all it all becomes mere memories. Now back to the page I am sharing before I get lost.

To colour  the A2z Scraplet Grow & Bloom One word I simply sprayed it with KaiserCraft white mist and used 2 sheets of paper as a mask and the gave the middle of the scraplet a spray with  Lindy's stamp gang cotton candy mist.

A close up of the page because it is gorgeous and sunny today I seem to have caught plenty of shadows in the photo. You will notice under the photo I have layered 4 different types of paper and used a Martha Stewart punch to give the edges something a  little different.

 Products used were:

Papers: Kaisercraft various themes, My minds eye
Martha Stewart border punch
KaiserCraft and Prima flowers
KaiserCraft Rustic Harmony Collectibles
Bling
KaiserCraft White Mist
Lindy's stamp gang cotton candy mist

Today is a gift Challenge creation

Hi fellow crafters,

Caz here with you today sharing a page I made for our new Facebook group A2z Scraplets Papercraft challenges. The below picture was our inspiration. I went with the nautical theme and the stripes in the rug are in my BG paper. This challenge runs throughout March we would love to see lots of entries. Any or all of this picture can be your inspiration, whether it be the colours, design, theme, pennants, etc. The choice is yours! Please read the Challenge Rules if in doubt and happy creating!

And now for my take on the challenge:

I have simply given my A2z scraplet title a light dusting with embossing powder I wanted it a rough coat so some of the natural colour came through of the chipboard and I just gave it a quick zap with the heat gun.

As you can see the title is not coated all over with the embossing powder I wanted it to have that tarnished worn look.

Supplies used were:
Kaisercraft, Bo bunny Patterned paper
Kaisercraft Collectibles Coastal escape
Carolees creations bitty alphabets
Kaisercraft bitty alphabets
silver embossing powder
Embossing pad
Tim Holtz Vintage photo distress ink
Kaisercraft flowers
Random petals
Gauze
Charms

I hope you have enjoyed what I have shared with you today and we do hope you will join in on our challenges.
Till next time
Happy crafting

 Supplies used were:

Kaisercraft Coastal escape collections

Frosty Morning

Hi,

Caz here with you today sharing a page I created with a photo of my gorgeous little grand daughter back in August when Tasmania was blanketed with snow. This does not happen to often in the townships however our mountains and hills are often covered with that white fluffy stuff throughout winter.

I have used the A2z scraplets Frosty Morning Gr for my title. I just gave it a really rough coat with gesso and used Tim Holtz distress ink around the edges and gave the snowflakes a little dust with Crystalina kindy glitz.

I also used the A2z scraplets Donna's arrow set Ebony as embellishments I just gave them a rough coat with gesso.

A close up of the Frosty morning scraplet.

Products used were:

Patterned Papers Bo Bunny, About a girl, Fancy Pants design
Gesso
Royal & Langnickel Brush mfg rubons
Tim Holtz distress ink Vintage photo
String
Heidi swapp distress tool
Bo bunny embellishments
Kindy Glitz Crystalina

I hope you have enjoyed my share today. I will be back real soon.
Till next time

Caz's favourites from 2015

Hi

Caz here with you today sharing my 3 favourite layouts for 2015 that I created for A2z scraplets.

This layout was so fun to work with I just heat embossed all the A2z scraplets with embossing powders.

This layout was so fun to work with some texture paste with a bit of mist sprayed into it and mixed through for the background. The frame and LOVE was just coated with Perfect pearls and the rest painted and written on. It was also published in Scrapbooking memories volume 18 number 7.

This A2z scraplet was simply painted with Kaisercraft paint. Simple but pretty.
I hope you like my favourites from 2015.
Till next time
