BUSH LIFE

Good morning ! Mary here today to share a layout using one of A2Z Scraplets new chipboard Pieces
"Bush Life "

BUSH LIFE

To treat the chipboard , as always I primed with gesso first, then I combined two different embossing powders , added two different colours of Tim Holtz crackle paint . I then used a white pen to go around the edges to highlight the words.

I hope I have inspired you to pop over to the shop to check out the amazing choices of chipboard.  To be in the running to have a chance of winning a pack of chipboard, don't forget to enter the challenge which you can find here on facebook , we look forward to seeing your entries.
Happy Creating

March Scraplift challenge by Louise - Scrapbook Layout "Be Yourself"

Hi Crafters

I've got a scraplift layout to share.

"Be Yourself"

This layout is a scraplift of Tanya's A2Z Scraplets page

This month on the A2Z Scraplets Facebook challenge group - your task is to scraplift a page from our blog.

Here is the facebook goup:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/A2ZScrapletsScrapbookandCardChallenges/

You don't need a blog, simply upload a photo of your page to the facebook page for a chance to win a chipboard prize pack.

I've used the "Be Yourself" title - available here

My cluster also features the tangled star.

Both have simply been treated with a coat of white embossing powder.

My favourite part of creating this page was that all the patterned papers came from my stash!
Thanks for the inspiration Tanya.

Looking forward to seeing all your creations.

Thanks for visiting.
Happy Scrapping.

Cherished Melbourne Moments

I'm back to share another DT layout with you. This layout
is my take on this months Scraplift challenge at A2Z Scraplets.

So the challenge is to Scraplift a layout off the A2Z Scraplets blog
and I have chosen Donna's layout to Scraplift. (see 2nd photo)

The great thing about a challenge and scrap lifting is it doesn't
have to be exactly the same, it is your interpretation. Unfortunately
I haven't been to Italy and my husband wouldn't take me just so I could
get a photo for this challenge........so gorgeous Melbourne it has to be.

The chipboard title I used on my layout is Cherished Moments which
is available on the website. Hope you can find the time to join our challenge
this month. Jump on the blog and choose a layout that tickles your fancy
and give it a go. As you can see, it can be different, as long as you we
can see some similarities. Good luck!! Tanya x

DO SOMETHING MAGICAL ~ A NEW CHALLENGE

Hello fellow scrappers Mary here to share my take on the new Challenge  which is to scraplift any layout from the blog here at A2Z scraplets.
I have chosen to scraplift the gorgeous layout of Louise's  "hello Life" layout and this is the link to her layout http://a2zscraplets.blogspot.com.au/2017/03/hello-life-scrapbook-layout-by-louise.html

and this is my take
Do something Magical

I have used the Hanging Stars shape chipboard piece . I chose to layout it on the side to act as a Magic wand. I treated the chipboard piece with gesso and then used Gold and Teal twinkling H2O's paint to cover the piece. I also painted some Lindy's colour burst mist here and there, pink acrylic paint and glitter

Thank you for calling by and we look forward to seeing your scraplifts from the blog.
Until next time Happy Creating
