Heart and Stars by Anne

Hello, it's Anne (AKA Gorge Iss) here,

 February is the month for hearts and love so here is my layout.

For my page I've used the Scribble heart and stars frame. I painted this with black acrylic paint and the stars embellished with a Wink of Stella pen. The frame was then coated in Glossy Accents for added shine.

This layout was made with applying white acrylic paint, stamping and paint splatters in black and apricot. Embellishments including bow, flair, die cuts, tags, doily and flowers were arranged around the frame. Here's a close up.

My layout "Shine Bright"

For this page, I've used the 

Shine word set

I wanted to give it an ombre look, so I coated with white gesso, then coloured with various distress crayons. Finally, I sealed it with Colour Blast Snow White embossing powder.

This collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio has some pretty pops of yellow, so I also included some yellow stars from the Stars and hearts icon set.

The rest of my page features Colour Blast spray "Lagoon" and Distress Crayon.

"The perfect day" Scrapbook layout by Louise

I've got a new layout to share.

"The Perfect Day"

I'd had this photo developed but not yet used it on a page.
Well recently, my printer ran out of ink so I had to use photos from my stash while I waited for new ink to arrive.

This one grabbed my attention and I knew it was time to record the memory.

I've used
Stars and Hearts icons set
and
House set small shape

I've covered everything with gesso and then used Tim Holtz distress crayons and distress ink to colour the pieces.

The star pieces are fantastic. You get so many in a pack and they just add a lovely touch to the page.

This layout is very minimalist for me but I wanted to let the photo really shine.

Chipboard elements and a handmade flower finish this simple page.

Hi there A2Zers! Are you loving Kaisercraft's new collection - Scrap Yard as much as I am? It's perfect for all of those masculine photos! 

This photo is of my husband and his cousin, although they're more like brothers than cousins.

I've used the Scrap Yard collection by Kaisercraft for this layout, titled Awesome.

This gorgeous A2Z Scraplets Industrial Large Corner chippy was spritzed in Kaisercraft's new Charcoal Mist with the Peach mist spritzed over the top. These mists are fantastic. Full of colour as well as some glimmer.

To get the effect around the photo, I just scribbled with a white gel pen all the way around, I love how it turned out!

The Awesome chippy from the A2Z Scraplets Awesome Fabulous set has been coloured in with a burnt orange pen on the top half and a black Sharpie on the bottom half. Then the whole thing was coated in Dimensional Magic and outlined with a black gel pen. It's given a very cool effect.

I hope I've been able to inspire you to get those masculine photos out. This collection truly is what you've been waiting for. And when you couple it with A2Z Scraplets, you can't go wrong!!

I'd also like to share this Tag album with you as well! I've used the A2Z Scraplet All You Need Is Love. 

The Scraplet was painted grey and outlined in a white gel pen.

Love this life.. DT Inspiration

Hi Caz here with you today to share 2 creations I have made.
The first is a layout of my hubby and I. I have used the "love this life"  PL word and some star scraplets and the "you & me polaroid" out of the Love polaroid set.

The scraplets I used are:

 Next we have a layout of my Daughter in laws 12 week scan. I used "pregnant mumma 2" scraplet and the "Awesome fabulous 1" set of scraplets.
