Smile happiness look good on you by Judith Armstrong

Good morning and welcome to the weekend!!

I am really into blue at the moment and I have a monochromatic blue layout to share with you today.

I have used the A2Z Scraplets Abstract Butterfly Large Corner. I love this corner and have been keeping it back but felt this was just the right layout for it. I painted in with two colours of paint. I painted the chicken wire and harlequin shapes and long strands with navy paint. I then painted the butterflies with a lighter blue paint. I added some flowers and butterflies to embellish it.

I also used one of the pieces from the A2Z Scraplets  Harlequin Set of 3 shapes and painted it with the navy paint again and then cut it up and placed around my cluster. 

For those of you interested, I created my background by painting some bubble wrap with the light blue paint and stamping it. I also put some blue texture paste through a chicken wire stencil and stamped the butterfly stamp with Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink.
