Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and Hop de

A week ago I did a Cyber Crop Challenge that had to have a song title as a title. Lucky for me A2Z has the perfect Scraplet:

And my girls (especially this one) just wanna have fun lol

All I did with the title was gesso it and lightly painted with the left over texture paste mixture (texture paste and brown paint) left over from where I used it on the splat stencil (left hand side and also brand new for A2Z). I then wiped some of the paste off and lightly painted with gesso in some spots to get a slightly dirty look.

The rest of the title. Like normal I cut the title up to spread around the page.

Pretty Princess Inspiration with Amy

Hi everyone! Long time no see. I have been super busy moving house and getting samples ready for the awesome July Releases which are happening so very soon eeekkk excitement.

Today I wanted to come by and quickly share this just for fun layout that I created with pictures of my gorgeous girl Chloe.

The A2Z Scraplets Chipboard that I have used for this layout include a Doodlet-01 as well as a Princess - SR title.

For the Doodlet, I have painted it with 3 different shades of Lindys Stamp Gang Paint followed by a spritz of Diamond Lindys Stamp Gang Starburst Stain Spray Mist. 

The princess title and crown that is attached have been given a coating of Liquid Pearls and then some Enamel Dots have been used as gems.

The super cute heart was the cut out piece of the title which is one thing I absolutely love about A2Z Scraplets and that is all the useful negative pieces that come with lots of designs. I have simply decorated the heart with a layer of Crystal Stickles.

Angels in Disguise Inspiration from Caz

Caz here with you today to share some DT inspiration. I trust all of our Oz gals are keeping warm and those on the other side of the globe are keeping cool. I have a layout to share with you using the lovely A2z scraplets title Angels in disguise. I had an impossible time photographing this as it is wet and gloomy in Tassie and photo opportunities are minimal I spent forever trying to get a semi decent pic to share with you, so without further ado here we go:

 

First I glimmer misted the title Pink and then I added white embossing powder and then a white diamond embossing powder to give it that heavenly look. Not sure if you can see the sparkles in the pics (Thanks mother nature)

July Challenge.....With NEWS!!!!

This month we have gone with a quote. Somewhere on your layout you need to have...

DAYS LIKE THIS

Think wedding, food everywhere, mud, births, birthdays, naming days,beach days.....in fact think EVERYTHING.

Here is my take on the quote:

The quote is a new release from A2Z:

I painted it 4 different shades of blue with added the raindrops from Flourish With A Bling (the clouds are also from them)

Here is the words on the side:

The photo is of my middle girl wearing the jacket and boots for the first time together

Now for the rules: the layout MUST have the quote somewhere on the layout, you do not have to use A2Z scraplets but we would love to see them if you have them (remember you can buy straight from the store too) and last the challenge finishes at midnight on the last day of the month.
